Chimpui
is a Japanese manga created by Fujiko F. Fujio in 1985. It tells the story of two cute aliens that come to Earth to find the girl who will marry their prince of planet Mahl and find one in a sixth grade girl named Eri. It was subsequently adapted into an anime television series. Characters * Chimpui , a mouse-like alien, who tells about the prince's marriage to a girl named Eri. Sometimes he tries to convince Eri to marry the prince and helps Eri on Earth or while on Mahl. He is voiced by Junko Hori * Eri Kasuga , Eri is a 12-year-old Chinese-Japanese (via her ancestor, Kukuru from '' Doraemon: Nobita and the Birth of Japan'') 6th grader who is a tomboy and also Chimpui's best friend. Jōji Yanami
was a Japanese actor, Voice acting in Japan, voice actor and narrator who was affiliated with Aoni Production. Some of his major voice roles included the ''Dragon Ball'' anime series, which he narrated and voiced Dr. Briefs, Kaiō-sama ( King Kai or North Kaio), and Bobbidi. Mitsuru Hongo
is a Japanese anime director of television and film. Hongo originally worked at Ajiado as an animator but moved to Shin-Ei Animation where he directed '' Crayon Shin-chan''. He left in 1996 and went on to direct ''Immortal Grand Prix'', ''Outlaw Star'', ''Reideen'', ''Shamanic Princess'', and ''The Candidate for Goddess''. Jun'ichi Kanemaru
is a Japanese voice actor and singer employed by 81 Produce as of 2020. His roles included Hayato Kazami in ''Future GPX Cyber Formula'', Ryo Akiyama in ''Digimon Tamers'' and Sonic the Hedgehog in the eponymous series since 1998. He came in eighth in the Seiyū Grand Prix in 1994. Career When he was a college student, Kanemaru was working part-time at the Far East Network in Yokota Air Base.
