History According to locals, Chikkadpally derives its name from ''chikkad'', meaning mud. And ''-pally'' (originally ''palle, పల్లె'' in Telugu) means place or hamlet. Since Chikkadpally is in a low-lying area, it is usually plagued by ''chikkad'' due to inflow of drain water. The Hyderabad Metro is a rapid transit system, serving the city of Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The Hyderabad Multi-Modal Transport System, commonly abbreviated MMTS, is a suburban rail system in Hyderabad, India. A joint venture of the government of Telangana and the South Central Railway, it is operated by the latter. Bagh Lingampally
Bagh Lingampally is a commercial and residential neighbourhood of Hyderabad, Telangana, India. It has become one of the many major centers of Hyderabad. It has been a home to some Nawabs in the past and this area used to be full of fruit gardens belonging to them, from where prefix ‘Bagh' (meaning gardern) is derived. The place had a small village called Lingampally which had a tank where queens would bathe. The locality has gained importance due to close proximity to RTC X Roads, Chikkadpally, Barkatpura, Himayathnagar, Nallakunta and Koti. Musheerabad is a commercial center in Hyderabad, India. Musheerabad comes under central zone and ninth circle of Hyderabad, and falls under the Secunderabad revenue division. History The historic old portion of Musheerabad Masjid was constructed during the Qutb Shahi era. Later the mosque and surrounding area were given as a ''jagir'' to Nawab Aratu Jah, Mushir-ul-Mulk (then Prime Minister of Hyderabad) and named in his honour. Secunderabad Railway Station
Secunderabad Junction (station code: SC) is a major intercity junction railway station and a commuter rail hub in the Hyderabad urban area.
