Chiara Luzzana
Chiara Luzzana is an Italian artist and composer, active in both the advertising and artistic fields. She is considered by critics one of the most innovative and visionary sound designers. In 2014, she founded the project "The Sound of City". As director and composer, she records the sounds of cities and transforms them into soundtracks and multimedia installations. Early life and education Born in Lecco, Luzzana began her musical studies when she was very young, first dedicating herself to the guitar, then to the clarinet and finally the piano. Not recognizing herself in the classical canons, she decides to abandon them and starting to make music using only noise. In 2005, she became a sound engineer and later she studied at Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts, deepening her studies on the neurobiology of musical cognition and the production of soundtracks for films and advertisements. Lecco
Lecco (, , ; lmo, label=Lecchese, Lècch ) is a city of 48,131 inhabitants in Lombardy, northern Italy, north of Milan. It lies at the end of the south-eastern branch of Lake Como (the branch is named ''Branch of Lecco'' / ''Ramo di Lecco''). The Bergamo Alps rise to the north and east, cut through by the Valsassina of which Lecco marks the southern end. The lake narrows to form the river Adda, so bridges were built to improve road communications with Como and Milan. There are four bridges crossing the river Adda in Lecco: the Azzone Visconti Bridge (1336–1338), the Kennedy Bridge (1956), the Alessandro Manzoni Bridge (1985), and a railroad bridge. A composer is a person who writes music. The term is especially used to indicate composers of Western classical music, or those who are composers by occupation. Swatch is a Swiss watchmaker founded in 1983 by Ernst Thomke, Elmar Mock, and Jacques Müller. It is a subsidiary of The Swatch Group. The Swatch product line was developed as a response to the "quartz crisis" of the 1970s and 1980s, in which inexpensive, battery-powered, quartz-regulated watches were competing against more established European watchmakers, focused on artisanal craftsmanship producing mostly mechanical watches.
