Chiapas (; Tzotzil language, Tzotzil and Tzeltal language, Tzeltal: ''Chyapas'' ), officially the Free and Sovereign State of Chiapas ( es, Estado Libre y Soberano de Chiapas), is one of the states that make up the Political divisions of Mexico, 32 federal entities of Mexico. It comprises Municipalities of Chiapas, 124 municipalities and its capital and largest city is Tuxtla Gutiérrez. Himno A Chiapas
The Anthem to Chiapas ( es, Himno a Chiapas) is the name of the anthem of the Mexican state of Chiapas. Was officially adopted on December 8, 1913. The lyrics of the state anthem were composed by José Emilio Grajales and the music composed by Miguel Lara Vasallo. On the proposal of General Bernardo A. Z. Palafox, interim Governor of the State of Chiapas and Chairman of the Organising Board of Guadalupe Fair in Tuxtla Gutierrez, was included in the program of celebrations of the Virgen de Guadalupe the "Union Day of Chiapas" which included a special civic and literary program for each of the Departments in which the state was divided politically, in order to unify after the terrible events between the cities of San Cristobal de las Casas and Tuxtla Gutiérrez by dispute over the seat of the Powers of the State in 1911. Tuxtla Gutiérrez
Tuxtla Gutiérrez (, ) is the capital and the largest city of the Mexican southeastern state of Chiapas. It is the seat of the municipality of the same name, the most developed and populated in the state. A busy government, commercial and services-oriented city, Tuxtla (as it is commonly known) had one of the fastest-growing rates in Mexico in the last 40 years. Unlike many other areas in Chiapas, it is not a major tourist attraction, but a transportation hub for tourists coming into the state, with a large airport and a bus terminal. Mexican Spanish ( es, español mexicano) is the variety of Dialect, dialects and Sociolect, sociolects of the Spanish language spoken in Mexican territory. Rutilio Escandón
Rutilio Cruz Escandón Cadenas (born 3 May 1958) is a Mexican lawyer and politician from Chiapas. He is affiliated with the National Regeneration Movement and is the current Governor of Chiapas. Before becoming governor, he represented Chiapas as a senator of the LVIII and LIX and as a federal deputy in the LX Legislature. Life Escandón grew up in Baja California, where he obtained a law degree at the Universidad Autónoma de Baja California in 1981 and was deputy director, and then director, of the state public property registry from 1981 to 1986. He became a law professor at the UNAM and the Universidad La Salle in 1989, obtaining a master's degree in law from the UNAM in 1990 and a doctorate the next year. The Chamber of Deputies (Spanish: ''Cámara de Diputados'', ) is the lower house of the Congress of the Union, the bicameral parliament of Mexico. The other chamber is the Senate. The structure and responsibilities of both chambers of Congress are defined in Articles 50 to 70 of the constitution.
