Chema (footballer, Born 1997)
José Manuel Núñez Martín (born 16 June 1997), commonly known as Chema or Chema Núñez, is a Spanish footballer. Mainly an attacking midfielder, he can also play as right winger. Club career Chema was born in La Puebla del Río, Seville, Andalusia, and represented Puebla CF (two stints), Sevilla FC, Coria CF (two stints) and Real Betis as a youth. He made his first-team debut for Coria on 28 February 2015, coming on as a late substitute in a 4–0 Tercera División away routing of UD Los Barrios. On 15 August 2015 Chema joined UD Almería, returning to youth football. He was promoted to the reserves the following August, and scored his first senior goal on 9 October 2016 in a 4–1 home defeat of Dos Hermanas CF. Chema was definitely promoted to the main squad in Segunda División ahead of the 2018–19 campaign, and made his professional debut on 17 August 2018, starting in a 0–1 away loss against Cádiz CF. 2020–21 Segunda División B
The 2020–21 Segunda División B season was the 44th since its establishment and the last as the third tier. A total of 102 teams participated, and were distributed in three groups of 20 teams each and two groups of 21, with eight subgroups of ten teams each and two with eleven teams each. On 6 May 2020, the Royal Spanish Football Federation announced the expansion of the league to what were initially five groups of 20 teams each for the 2020–21 season due to promotion from the Tercera División groups in the curtailed past season being applied. The season began on 18 October, following approval by each of Spain's autonomous regions' health departments. The 2019–20 Segunda División season, also known as LaLiga SmartBank for sponsorship reasons, was the 89th since its establishment. On 12 March 2020 after most of teams had played 31 games, the league was suspended for at least two weeks due to the COVID-19 pandemic in Spain. The league was suspended indefinitely on 23 March. The season recommenced on 10 June and was initially planned to be completed on 20 July. On 20 July 2020, the final day of the regular season, Deportivo La Coruña's match against Fuenlabrada was suspended indefinitely due to several Fuenlabrada players testing positive for COVID-19, therefore, delaying the official end of the season. The match was finally played on 7 August, resulting in a 2–1 win for Deportivo.
