''Check'' is a 2021 Indian Telugu-language prison drama film written and directed by Chandra Sekhar Yeleti. Produced by V. Anand Prasad's Bhavya Creations, the film stars Nithiin, Rakul Preet Singh, Priya Prakash Varrier (in her Telugu film debut), and Simran Choudhary. Nithiin plays Aditya, a chess player who is on death row. The film was released on 26 February 2021. It received generally mixed reviews and became a flop in the box office . Plot Aditya escapes from the orphanage along with his friend, who gets separated. He later works under a magician, learning every trick and gimmick he could. He grows up to be a con artist indulging in white-collar crimes. He befriends Yatra and falls for her. Yatra falsely frames him as a terrorist, and he ends up in a prison with a death sentence. Chandra Sekhar Yeleti
Chandra Sekhar Yeleti (born 4 March 1973) is an Indian film director known for his works in Telugu cinema. He made his directorial debut with the Neo-noir crime film, ''Aithe'', which received the National Film Award for Best Feature Film in Telugu, and the Nandi Award for Best Story for that year. Another neo-noir film ''Anukokunda Oka Roju'' garnered two State Nandi Awards, including Best Screenplay for Yeleti. Early life He was born in Tuni on 4 March 1973. He studied in Ganavaram St.Johns until 10th grade. Career He worked as an assistant Director under his cousin Gangaraju Gunnam for ''Little Soldiers''. Sun NXT is an Indian video on demand service run by Sun TV Network. It was launched in June 2017 and has content in six languages - Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Bengali, Marathi . Haricharan Seshadri, known mononymously as Haricharan (born 20 March 1987), is an Indian Carnatic vocalist, playback singer, and musician who predominantly works in Tamil, Malayalam and Telugu music and cinema.
