Chase Stanley
Chase Stanley (born 31 May 1989) is a New Zealand former international rugby league footballer who plays as a or er for the Toronto Wolfpack in the Betfred Super League. He previously played for the St. George Illawarra Dragons in two separate spells, as well as the Melbourne Storm and the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs in the NRL. Early years Stanley was born in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. He is of Māori and Samoan descent and attended Belmore South Public School in Belmore and Endeavour Sports High School in Caringbah. Playing career In 2005 he was contracted to St. George Illawarra as a junior and continued to play there in the 2nd tier competitions till he debuted on the NRL in 2007. Melbourne Storm
The Melbourne Storm are a rugby league club based in Melbourne, Victoria in Australia that participates in the National Rugby League. The first fully professional rugby league team based in the state, the Storm entered the competition in 1998. The Storm were originally a Super League initiative, created in 1997 during the Super League war, however, following the Super League collapse, the team became a part of the newly formed, united competition. The club play their home games at AAMI Park. The Storm have won four premierships since their inception, in 1999, 2012, 2017 and 2020, and have contested several more grand finals, but were stripped of the 2007 and 2009 premierships following salary cap breaches. Great Britain National Rugby League Team
The Great Britain national rugby league team represents Great Britain in rugby league. Administered by the Rugby Football League (RFL), the team is nicknamed The Lions. For most of the 20th century, the Great Britain team toured overseas, played against foreign touring teams and competed in the Rugby League World Cup, which they won three times: in 1954, 1960 and 1972. Since 1995, the RFL has sent separate home nations teams to the World Cup. Great Britain continued to compete as a Test playing nation both home and away. Tim Cahill
Timothy Filiga Cahill (; born 6 December 1979) is an Australian former professional footballer who played as an attacking midfielder but also played as a striker on many occasions. A box-to-box midfielder, Cahill became recognised for "his aggressive and powerful approach and his ability to head the ball in the penalty area". Kyle Stanley (born 2 April 1991) is a former Samoa international rugby league footballer who played as a for the St George Illawarra Dragons in the NRL between 2010 and 2014. Bedford Blues are a rugby union club in the town of Bedford, England, currently playing in The RFU Championship. Bedford is one of the few towns in England where the rugby club is better supported than the football team. The Blues are a semi-pro team, with a mix of experienced and young players. The Samoa national rugby union team (also known as Manu Samoa) represents Samoa in men's international rugby union and it is governed by the Samoa Rugby Union. They are also known as Manu Samoa, which is thought to derive from the name of a Samoan warrior. They perform a traditional Samoan challenge called the siva tau before each game. Michael Stanley (born 29 December 1989, Auckland, New Zealand) is a New Zealand-born, English raised, Samoan rugby union rugby player. Career Stanley started his senior career in England with Saracens as an academy player from the age of 14. Benson Stanley (born 11 September 1984 in New South Wales, Australia) is a rugby union player for US Montauban in the Pro D2. Stanley is a product of Auckland Grammar. He plays as a centre. Jeremy Crispian Stanley (born 26 March 1975) is a former New Zealand rugby union player. He was born in Otahuhu, New Zealand.
