Chase Lyman
Chase Lyman (born September 4, 1982) is a former American football wide receiver. Lyman was raised in Los Altos Hills, CA and is the son of former NFL player Brad Lyman. He attended Saint Francis High School (Mountain View), Saint Francis High School in Mountain View, California where he played football, basketball and ran track. The San Jose Mercury News named Lyman their Male Athlete of the Year in 2000. The San Jose Sports Hall of Fame awarded him their Outstanding Male High School Athlete of the Year in 2000. Despite his success in high school athletics, Lyman received only one scholarship offer, to the University of California, Berkeley, University of California. Lyman became a key component of the Cal offense. In his junior year, he was a main target for Cal quarterback Aaron Rodgers. Initially wearing #81, he later switched to #15. Aaron Rodgers
Aaron Charles Rodgers (born December 2, 1983) is an American football quarterback for the Green Bay Packers of the National Football League (NFL). Rodgers began his college football career at Butte College in 2002 before transferring to the University of California, Berkeley to play for the California Golden Bears, where he set several career passing records, including lowest single-season and career interception rates. He was selected in the first round of the 2005 NFL Draft by the Packers. After backing up Brett Favre for the first three years of his NFL career, Rodgers became the Packers' starting quarterback in 2008. In the 2010 season he led them to a victory in Super Bowl XLV over the Pittsburgh Steelers, earning the Super Bowl MVP.
