Charm Spirit (foaled 26 February 2011) is an Irish-bred, French-trained Thoroughbred racehorse. As a two-year-old he won one minor race but showed promise when finishing third in the Prix Jean-Luc Lagardère. In the following year he established himself as one of the best European colts of his generation with wins in the Prix Djebel, Prix Paul de Moussac, Prix Jean Prat, Prix du Moulin and Queen Elizabeth II Stakes. Kingman (foaled 26 February 2011) is a champion British Thoroughbred racehorse who was the 2014 European Horse of the Year after winning the Irish 2000 Guineas, St. James's Palace Stakes, Sussex Stakes, and Prix Jacques le Marois He is owned by Khalid Abdullah and trained by John Gosden. Racing career 2013: two-year-old season Kingman's career began with a six-length win in a maiden race at Newmarket under jockey Ryan Moore. Moore was impressed by the colt but called the ante-post price for the 2000 Guineas of 10/1 an overreaction. Hippodrome Deauville-La Touques is a race track for thoroughbred horse racing located in Deauville in the Calvados département, in the Normandy ''région'' of France. In horse racing a maiden race is an event for horses that have not won a race. Horses that have not won a race are referred to as maidens. La Voyageuse (foaled 1975 in Ontario) is a Canadian Thoroughbred racehorse who was a three-time Sovereign Award winner. L'Enjoleur (1972 – January 26, 2000) was a Canadian Thoroughbred race horse. Bred and owned by prominent Montreal businessman Jean-Louis Lévesque, L'Enjoleur was sired by U.S. Racing Hall of Fame inductee, Buckpasser, a son of another Hall of Famer, Tom Fool. He was out of the racing mare Fanfreluche, a daughter of the 20th Century's most influential sire, Northern Dancer.
