Charm City FC
Charm City FC was an American soccer team based in Gambrills, Maryland, United States and was founded in 2007. The team plays its home games in the athletic stadium on the campus of Arundel High School, where they have played since 2009. The team's colors are orange, silver and white. The team formerly played at the Harford Community College's venue in Bel Air, when they were known as Maryland United FC. History Charm City FC began as a member of the Maryland Major Soccer League (MMSL) in 2003 under the name Allied SC. In 2007, they merged with Christos FC and became AC United, but that partnership only lasted one year. After they split, the club joined the National Premier Soccer League (NPSL), replacing Maryland United and changing their name from Allied SC to Charm City FC. Arundel High School
Arundel High School is a public high school located in Gambrills, Maryland, a suburb of Washington, D.C., and Baltimore within Anne Arundel County. The school is part of the Anne Arundel County Public School system, and is the primary high school for Gambrills and portions of the Odenton area. Originally, the school was the Anne Arundel Academy, a prestigious one-room private school founded in 1854. That institution became Arundel High School in 1926. It is one of the oldest public high schools in the country, and the oldest mainstream public school in the state of Maryland. The National Premier Soccer League (NPSL) is an American men's association football, soccer league. The NPSL is a semi-professional league, comprising some teams that have paid players and some that are entirely amateur. The league is officially affiliated to the United States Adult Soccer Association (USASA) and has automatic qualification for the U.S. Open Cup. Bel Air, Maryland
The town of Bel Air is the county seat of Harford County, Maryland. According to the 2020 United States census, the population of the town was 10,661. History Bel Air's identity has gone through several incarnations since 1780. Aquilla Scott, who had inherited land known as "Scott's Improvement Enlarged," planned the town on a portion that he called "Scott's Old Fields." Four years later, the town had expanded as local politicians, merchants, and innkeepers purchased lots from Scott, and the county commissioners decided to change its name to the more appealing "Belle Aire."
