Charlie Jones (musician)
Stephen Charles Jones is a British session bass player, songwriter, record producer, and Grammy Award winner. Career Jones's career as a recording and touring artist has spanned well over three decades. In the passing of time, he worked with Robert Plant, Page and Plant, Loreena McKennitt, Goldfrapp, Siouxsie Sioux, and others. He plays both electric and double bass. Jones received a Grammy Award in 2009 as a co-writer of the song "Please Read the Letter" from the album ''Raising Sand'' by Robert Plant and Alison Krauss, originally recorded by Page and Plant for the album '' Walking into Clarksdale''. On 16 September 2013, Jones released his debut solo album ''Love Form'' through Stranger Records which highlighted his jazz and classical influences. The 41st Annual Grammy Awards were held on February 24, 1999, at Shrine Auditorium, Los Angeles. They recognized accomplishments by musicians from the year 1998. Lauryn Hill received the most nominations with 10, setting a record for the most nominations for female artist in one night. Hill received a total of 5 awards, and became the first female rapper to take home Best New Artist. Her album ''The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill'' became the first hip hop album to win the award for Album of the Year. The song features a keyboard overdub by Tim Whelan of Transglobal Underground, played in a quarter-tone to mimic Moroccan trance. Innes Sibun (born 1968) is a British blues singer, songwriter and guitarist. He has released eleven albums to date. His most recent was ''Blues Transfusion'' (2015). Definition of Sound was a London-based dance-music group, consisting of Kevin Clark and Don Weekes, working with musicians Rex Brough (aka The Red King) and later Mike Spencer. ''Fate of Nations'' is the sixth studio album by English singer Robert Plant, released 25 May 1993 on Es Paranza Records in North America and Fontana Records internationally. It features former Cutting Crew guitarist Kevin MacMichael on all songs and as well as being a backing vocalist. In addition, the album also features violinist Nigel Kennedy on one song. The song "I Believe" is a tribute to Plant's late son, Karac. The album was Plant's last solo album until his comeback with his seventh studio album ''Dreamland (Robert Plant album), Dreamland'' in 2002.
