Charles Tibingana Mwesigye (born 28 August 1994) is a former association football, footballer who played as a Midfielder#Winger, right winger. Born in Uganda, he represented Rwanda national football team, Rwanda at international level. Career Born in Mbarara, Uganda, Tibingana has played club football for Proline FC, Proline, Victoria University SC, Victoria University, Armée Patriotique Rwandaise F.C., APR, Bullets FC, Bullets, A.S. Mbarara
Mbarara City is a city in the Western Region of Uganda and the second largest city in Uganda after Kampala.
