Charles William Isenhart (born March 30, 1959, in Dubuque, Iowa) is a Democratic politician, representing the 27th District in the Iowa House of Representatives since 2008. The Iowa Democratic Party (IDP) is the affiliate of the Democratic Party in the U.S. state of Iowa. Loras College
Loras College is a private Catholic college in Dubuque, Iowa. It has an enrollment of approximately 1,600 students and is the oldest post-secondary institution in the state of Iowa. The school offers both undergraduate and graduate degree programs.
