Charles Grosvenor
Charles Grosvenor (born June 2, 1952) is an American film director. Early work Originally from Hillsdale, New Jersey, he moved to Los Angeles in 1978 to work in the animation industry, at a time when most of the work was still being done in the US. His first job was for Hanna-Barbera, as a model designer on ''The Buford Files''. He soon joined the layout department and quickly advanced to crew chief, and ultimately to head of layout, thereby having a hand in every Hanna-Barbera show that was produced in those years, including '' Richie Rich'' and ''The Smurfs''. Evolving into direction With ''Yogi's Treasure Hunt'', Grosvenor made the move to directing. His success at that effort led to more directing assignments, including some of the first long form (an hour or more) animated shows, beginning with ''The Good, the Bad, and Huckleberry Hound''. A film director controls a film's artistic and dramatic aspects and visualizes the screenplay (or script) while guiding the film crew and actors in the fulfilment of that vision. The director has a key role in choosing the cast members, production design and all the creative aspects of filmmaking. The Kwicky Koala Show
''The Kwicky Koala Show'' is a 30-minute Saturday-morning cartoon produced by Hanna-Barbera Productions and Hanna Barbera Pty, Ltd. that aired on CBS from September 12 to December 26, 1981. This series is notable for being among cartoon director Tex Avery's final works; he died during production in 1980. As it was produced in Australia, the Cartoon Network and later Boomerang broadcasts were sourced from PAL masters, rather than NTSC masters like many other Hanna-Barbera productions. Each segment has also been shown separately as filler between shows on Boomerang. ''The Land Before Time'' is an American animated television series, based on ''The Land Before Time'' film series created by Judy Freudberg and Tony Geiss.
