Charles F. Jeff Sullivan (October 10, 1904 – August 24, 1962) was an American politician who served as the 57th Lieutenant Governor A lieutenant governor, lieutenant-governor, or vice governor is a high officer of state, whose precise role and rank vary by jurisdiction.
