Diego Chará
Diego Ferney Chará Zamora (born April 5, 1986) is a Colombian professional footballer who plays for Major League Soccer club Portland Timbers. Career Club Chará began his career in the youth ranks of Deportes Quindío. In 2004, he moved up to the senior side and became an important player for Quindío. The talented midfielder made 124 league appearances and scored 2 goals while with Quindío. As a result of his play he began to draw the attention of the top clubs in Colombia and in 2009 joined América de Cali. In one year with America Chará made 31 league appearances and scored 1 goal. The following season, he joined Deportes Tolima and was a key player in his club's run to the quarterfinal of the 2010 Copa Sudamericana. The following season, he helped Tolima qualify to the 2011 Copa Libertadores. Édison Chará
Édison Hipólito Chará Lucumí (2 October 1980 – 19 October 2011) was a Colombian football (soccer), football Striker (association football), striker. His last team was Chinese club Dalian Aerbin. Career Chará began his career with Deportivo Cali and joined in January 2003 to local rival América de Cali. After seventeen games, when scored four goals for América de Cali, was transferred to the Peruvian club Cienciano. The fast striker played one year for Cienciano, where they scored nine goals in twenty one games and was scouted from Sporting Cristal on 28 December 2006. Chará played only ten games and scored four goals in the season 2007/2008, was linked with Energie Cottbus and left after of the season his club to sign for Juan Aurich. Chará moved to China League One club Dalian Aerbin in March 2011 and was released in July 2011. Death Chará died at a hospital in Cali on 19 October 2011, after having been shot by hitmen in Puerto Tejada, Cauca.

Ricardo Chará Lerma (born 24 May 1990) is a Colombian footballer who plays as a defender, and who is currently a free agent. Club career Early career Chara started his youth career with his hometown club Cali. He then made his first team debut for Centauros Villavicencio in the Categoría Primera B. Udinese In summer 2008, he was signed by Deportes Quindío. He then scouted by Udinese. As the club run out of non-EU registration quota, as signed Alexis and Odion Ighalo. Along with new signing Dušan Basta, they were signed by another Italian club, then re-signed them in order to borrow the quota. Yimmi Javier Chará Zamora (born April 2, 1991) is a Colombian professional footballer who plays as a winger for Major League Soccer club Portland Timbers and the Colombia national team. Club career On December 17, 2014, Rayados de Monterrey signed Chará from Deportes Tolima. He was the fifth Colombian in the present tournament joining his compatriots Stefan Medina, Dorlan Pabon as well as Alexander Mejía and Edwin Cardona who just joined the team. Zdeno Chára (; born 18 March 1977) is a Slovak former professional ice hockey defenceman. He played 24 seasons in the National Hockey League (NHL) for the New York Islanders, Ottawa Senators, Boston Bruins, and Washington Capitals between 1997 and 2022. Standing at tall, Chára is the tallest person ever to play in the NHL, earning him the nickname "Big Z".
