Chad Mayes
Chad Jeffrey Mayes (born April 23, 1977) is an American politician currently serving in the California State Assembly. He is an independent representing the California's 42nd State Assembly district, 42nd district, encompassing parts of Riverside County, California, Riverside and San Bernardino County, California, San Bernardino counties. Prior to being elected to the State Assembly, he was a Yucca Valley, California, Yucca Valley city council, Town Councilman. Early life and education The son of a pastor, Mayes grew up in Yucca Valley, California, Yucca Valley, graduating from Grace Christian School at 16. Emissions trading is a market-based approach to controlling pollution by providing economic incentives for reducing the emissions of pollutants. The concept is also known as cap and trade (CAT) or emissions trading scheme (ETS). Carbon emission trading for and other greenhouse gases has been introduced in China, the European Union and other countries as a key tool for climate change mitigation. Harvey Milk Day is organized by the Harvey Milk Foundation and celebrated each year on May 22 in memory of Harvey Milk, a gay rights activist who was assassinated in 1978. Anthony Michael Rendon (, ; born June 6, 1990) is an American baseball third baseman for the Los Angeles Angels of Major League Baseball (MLB). He has previously played for the Washington Nationals and was a member of the Nationals' 2019 World Series champion team over his hometown Houston Astros.
