Chad Bell
Chadwick Micah Bell (born February 28, 1989) is an American baseball coach and former professional baseball pitcher. He played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Detroit Tigers and in the KBO League for the Hanwha Eagles. Playing career Texas Rangers Bell attended South-Doyle High School in Knoxville, Tennessee and was drafted by the Milwaukee Brewers in the 25th round of the 2007 Major League Baseball Draft. He did not sign and attended Walters State Community College. He was drafted by the Cleveland Indians in the 37th round of the 2008 MLB Draft but again did not sign and returned to Walters State. He was then drafted by the Texas Rangers (baseball), Texas Rangers in the 14th round of the 2009 MLB Draft and signed. After the 2009 season, he played collegiate summer baseball with the Cotuit Kettleers of the Cape Cod Baseball League. The Georgia State Panthers baseball team represents Georgia State University in NCAA Division I college baseball. The team currently competes in the Sun Belt Conference. It first began competing there before moving to the TAAC, and the CAA. Beginning July 1, 2013, Georgia State returned to the Sun Belt Conference for all sports. The Gwinnett Stripers are a Minor League Baseball team of the International League (IL) and the Triple-A affiliate of the Atlanta Braves. Cotuit Kettleers
The Cotuit Kettleers are a collegiate summer baseball team based in the village of Cotuit, Massachusetts, which is in the southwest corner of the town of Barnstable. The team is a member of the Cape Cod Baseball League (CCBL) and plays in the league's West Division. The Kettleers play their home games at Lowell Park in Cotuit. The team has been owned and operated by the non-profit Cotuit Athletic Association since 1947. The Kettleers most recently won the CCBL championship in 2019 when they defeated the Harwich Mariners two games to none to win the best of three championship series.
