Central Suburban Conference
The Central Suburban Conference was an IHSAA-sanctioned conference from 1971 to 1997. The conference can be considered a continuation of the Capital District Conference, as almost all of the schools involved in that conference during the 1970–71 school year became charter members of the CSC that next year. By the early 1990s, the conference had dwindled to five large schools located in suburban Indianapolis. Greenwood is a city in Johnson County, Indiana, United States. The population was 63,830 at the 2020 Census. Greenwood is located between Indiana State Road 37 and Interstate 65. The city shares a border with Indianapolis and is the most populous suburban municipality in the southern portion of the Indianapolis Metropolitan Area. Lawrence is a city in Marion County, Indiana, United States. It is one of four " excluded cities" in Marion County. The city is home to Fort Benjamin Harrison within Fort Harrison State Park. Lawrence North High School is a public high school in Indianapolis, Indiana, United States. The school was founded in 1976 and graduated its first class in 1978. Lawrence North is one of two high schools in the Metropolitan School District of Lawrence Township, the other one being Lawrence Central High School. Warren Central High School, also known as Warren, WC, or WCHS, is a public high school located in Warren Township on the far east side of Indianapolis, Indiana. It is the only high school in Warren Township with an enrollment of 3,736 students, in grades 9-12, as of the 2016-2017 school year. Warren Central is known as "The Pride of the Eastside". Lawrence Central High School (LCHS) is a public high school with more than 2,300 students, in northeast Marion County, Indiana. Overview It was established in 1940 and is one of two high schools in the Metropolitan School District of Lawrence Township.
