Central Stadium (russian: Центральный стадион, ) was a multi-purpose stadium in Volgograd, Russia, that was a home to FC Rotor Volgograd. It was built in 1962 and renovated in 2002. The capacity of the stadium was 32,120. The stadium was closed and demolished in 2014. FC Rotor Volgograd
SC Rotor Volgograd (russian: СK Ротор) is a Russian professional football club from the large city of Volgograd, Volgograd Oblast (formerly Stalingrad). The club will play in the third-tier Russian Football National League 2 in the 2022–23 season. They are the largest and best supported Volgograd club and for most of their existence have been the city's only representatives in the national league system. The Volgograd Arena (russian: «Волгоград Арена») is a association football, football stadium in Volgograd, Russia. The stadium was one of the venues for the 2018 FIFA World Cup. It also hosts FC Rotor Volgograd. It has a capacity of 45,568 spectators.
