At the 2006 census, its population was 82,601, in 24,701 families. The District has three cities: Golpayegan, Guged, and Golshahr. Bakhsh
A ( fa, بخش, also romanized as ) is a third-level administrative division of Iran. While sometimes translated as "county," it is more accurately translated as "district," similar to a township in the United States or a district of England. Golpayegan County ( fa, شهرستان گلپایگان) is located in Isfahan province, Iran. The capital of the county is Golpayegan. At the 2006 census, the county's population was 82,601, in 24,701 households. Golpayegan ( fa, گلپایگان, Golpāyegān; also known as Shahr-e Golpāyegān meaning "City of Golpayegan") is a city and capital of Golpayegan County, Isfahan Province, Iran.
