Central City (Arrowverse)
Central City is a fictional American city appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics. It is the home of the Silver Age version of the Flash ( Barry Allen), and first appeared in ''Showcase'' #4 in September–October 1956. Location Central City's location has been vaguely defined over the years, similar to DC's other fictional cities such as Gotham City and Metropolis. In the 1970s, Central City was stated as being located in Ohio, where the real-world city of Athens, Ohio, would be (as shown in ''Flash'' #228 in 1974). Bob Rozakis' Ask the Answer Man column also stated that Central City was located in Ohio in 1987's ''Flash'' (vol. 2) #2, published just after the reality-altering storyline ''Crisis on Infinite Earths''. More recently, Central City has most often been located in the state of Missouri. Maps in Young Justice place Central City in Missouri across from Keystone City, Kansas. Young Justice
Young Justice is a fictional DC Comics superhero team consisting of teenaged heroes. The team was formed in 1998 when DC's usual teen hero group, the Teen Titans, had become adults and changed their name to the Titans. Like the original ''Teen Titans'', ''Young Justice'' was centered on three previously established teen heroes: Superboy (Kon-El), Superboy, Tim Drake, Robin, and Bart Allen, Impulse, but grew to encompass most teenaged heroes in the DC Universe. In the 2003 mini-series ''Titans/Young Justice: Graduation Day'', both groups disbanded and members of each formed two new teams of Teen Titans and Outsiders (comics), Outsiders. The series was revived in 2019 under the Wonder Comics imprint for teen readers, reuniting most of the original core cast. Eobard Thawne
Eobard Thawne, otherwise known as the Reverse-Flash and Professor Zoom, is a supervillain appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics. The character was created by John Broome and Carmine Infantino, and first appeared in '' The Flash'' #139 in September 1963. The first and most well-known character to assume the "Reverse-Flash" mantle, Thawne is depicted as the archenemy of Barry Allen (the second superhero to be called the Flash), a descendant of Malcolm Thawne, and a forefather of Bart Allen, Thaddeus Thawne and Owen Mercer. He has been established as one of the fastest speedsters in the DC Universe. Hailing from the 25th century, Thawne was a scientist who became obsessed with and idolized Barry Allen and managed to replicate the accident that gave him his powers.
