Cecília Müller
Cecília Györgyi Müller (born 27 November 1958) is a Hungarian physician and Chief Medical Officer of Hungary. She is the head of NNK (Nemzeti Népegészségügyi Központ, '' National Public Health Center'' in English) and has also served as a member of the government's Coronavirus Taskforce. Biography She attended medical school at the University of Pécs and graduated in 1984 cum laude. She holds four professional degrees including public health, occupational medicine, preventive medicine and primary care medicine. Müller began her career at Szent Pantaleon Hospital. Then she worked as an occupational physician. From 1991 to 1996 Müller worked as a primary care physician in Nagyvenyim. After that she became Health Commissioner of Dunaújváros. In 2010, as Health Commissioner for the Central Transdanubia region, she was responsible for the cleanup of the Ajka alumina plant accident for which she later received a ministerial award from Sándor Pintér, Interior Minister ... The Chief Medical Officer of Hungary is a government official, head of the National Public Health Center. The current office holder is Cecília Müller. The chief medical officer reports to the Ministry of Human Capacities through the undersecretary for health. Ajka () is a city in Hungary with about 35,000 inhabitants. It is situated in the hills of Bakony. History Around 1000 BCE, the area was inhabited by Celts. By the second century CE, the territory was conquered by the Romans. The Hungarians occupied the area in the early 10th century. The village Ajka was named after the Ajka clan, which, in turn, got its name after its ancestor, a knight named Heiko, who was a member of the retinue of Gisela, Princess of Bavaria, wife of King St. Stephen in the early 11th century. The village itself was first mentioned in 1214, when it was already about 100 years old. The village developed slowly during the next few centuries. Sándor Pintér (born 3 July 1948) is a Hungarian politician and former top police officer. He served as Minister of the Interior from 1998 to 2002 and since 2010, in Viktor Orbán's cabinets. Biography Pintér was born and raised in Budapest. He graduated from the Police Officer College ( hu, Rendőrtiszti Főiskola) at Budapest in 1978. He worked in the criminal-investigation divisions of the national, Budapest and Pest County Police Departments between 1978 and 1991. He received degree at Law and Political Sciences in Eötvös Loránd University in 1986 at age of 38. Before his entry into the political arena after retirement, he worked as a police officer. Dunaújváros
Dunaújváros (; also known by other alternative names) is an industrial city in Fejér County, Central Hungary. It is a city with county rights. Situated 70 kilometres (43 miles) south of Budapest on the Danube, the city is best known for its steelworks, which is the largest in the country. It was built in the 1950s on the site of the former village of Dunapentele and was originally given the name of Sztálinváros before acquiring its current name in 1961.
