Cayla Barnes
Cayla Marie Barnes (born January 7, 1999) is an American ice hockey player with the Boston College Eagles and the American national team. Career As a youth player, Barnes played with the Lady Ducks in California, before leaving home to attend a prep school in New Hampshire at the New Hampton School. She will be one of three co-captains for the BC Eagles in the 2020–21 season, joining teammates Meagan Beres and Kelly Browne. International She participated in the 2015, 2016, and 2017 IIHF Women's World U18 Championship, being named Best Defender of the tournament in both 2016 and 2017. She also participated in the 2017 U.S. Women's Residency Program. Barnes would make her senior debut for the US at the age of 19 at the 2018 Winter Olympics, winning a gold medal as the youngest player on the team. Eastvale is a city located in northwestern Riverside County, California, in the Inland Empire region of Southern California. The area transitioned from a dairy farm enclave to a developed community starting in the 1990s and was formally incorporated on October 1, 2010. International Ice Hockey Federation
The International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF; french: Fédération internationale de hockey sur glace; german: Internationale Eishockey-Föderation) is a worldwide governing body for ice hockey. It is based in Zurich, Switzerland, and has 83 member countries. The IIHF maintains the IIHF World Ranking based on international ice hockey tournaments. 2015 IIHF World Women's U18 Championship
The 2015 IIHF World Women's U18 Championships was the eighth World Women's U18 Championship. The top division tournament was played in Buffalo, United States, from 5 to 12 January 2015. Twenty nations played in three levels, with promotion and relegation for the top and bottom teams at each level. The United States won their fourth title defeating Canada in overtime in the gold medal game, with Jincy Dunne scoring on the power play. This was the eighth consecutive final between the two nations, evening their all-time records. The bronze medal game was also a rematch from the previous year, this time the Russians defeated the Czechs earning their first ever medal at this level. Kelly Browne
Kelly Browne is an American ice hockey forward, currently playing for the Boston College Eagles in the NCAA. Career During high school, she first played for Burlington High School, before joining Tabor Academy, serving as the team's captain in her senior year. She picked up a number of awards in 2018, including being named NEPSAC Division I Player of the Year, the Boston Bruins’ John Carlton Memorial Trophy, and Independent School League MVP. She joined Boston College in 2018, playing for the university's women's hockey programme. She notched 26 points in 39 games in her rookie collegiate year, being named to the Hockey East All-Rookie Team. In late-October 2019, she scored her first collegiate hat trick, notching four goals in a 5–2 victory over the New Hampshire Wildcats, the 11th four-goal game in Boston College history.
