Cayetano (Giorgos Bratanis)
Giorgos Bratanis (born August 29, 1977), better known by his artistic name Cayetano is a Greek musician. He performs with his band — Cayetano Live Band — and as a DJ worldwide. Biography Ever since Bratanis was very young, he was involved with several indie bands and at the same time he was studying music. In 1995 he was a member of the popular band "Stroggylo Kitrino" (The Round Yellow). They released two albums, "Stroggylo Kitrino" in 1996 and "O Ksenos" (The Stranger") in 1999 from the legendary "Lazy Dog Records". In 2000 he started travelling all over Europe and then stayed in Barcelona, Spain, until 2004. There he worked with several Spanish groups as a pianist and a bassist, toured with them in Spain, wrote music for theater and cinema, and made the dub-triphop-jazz oriented "Cayetano" project. Live sound mixing is the blending of multiple sound sources by an audio engineer using a mixing console or software. Morcheeba
Morcheeba is an English electronic band formed in the mid-1990s with founding members vocalist Skye Edwards and the brothers Paul and Ross Godfrey. They mix influences from trip hop, rock music, rock, folk rock and downtempo, and have produced ten regular studio albums since 1995, two of which reached the UK top ten. Edwards left the band in 2003, after which the brothers used a number of singers before she rejoined in 2009. They recruit additional members for their live performances and have toured internationally. In 2014 Paul Godfrey resigned from the band. Edwards and Ross Godfrey later formed Skye & Ross and released a self-titled album in September 2016. DJ Food is an electronic music project currently headed by Kevin Foakes (also known as "Strictly Kev"). Originally conceived by the members of Coldcut on the Ninja Tune independent record label, the project started in 1990 on the premise of providing metaphorical "food for DJs". DJ Food released the Jazz Brakes series, with ''Jazz Brakes Volume 3'' being the most successful. The records consisted of collections of breaks, loops and samples that could be used for mixing, remixing and producing. Koop (band)
Koop was an electronic jazz duo from Sweden, consisting of Magnus Zingmark and Oscar Simonsson. Their music consists of mostly vocal jazz created by putting together thousands of different song samples and has been described as a blend between 1960s jazz, swing and Caribbean music. Koop ended their collaboration in 2008, with Simonsson continuing to compose and tour under the name Koop Oscar Orchestra. History Zingmark and Simonsson met while attending university in Uppsala and formed the band in 1995, before moving to Stockholm.
