Cavin Johnson
Cavin Dennis Johnson (born 11 November 1958)Kickoff PSL Yearbook 2012/2013, p. 40 is a South African soccer coach who currently works as an assistant coach at Al Ahly in the Egyptian Premier League. Johnson has previously managed South African clubs Platinum Stars (twice), SuperSport United, AmaZulu and Black Leopards in the Premier Soccer League. Coaching career Johnson is one of many coaches that came under the tutelage of Ted Dumitru. Before accepting the head coaching role at Platinum Stars in 2012, Johnson mainly worked as youth and assistant coach for various clubs in South Africa among them assistant coach and later head of youth development at Ajax Cape Town, Mamelodi Sundowns and most recently Platinum Stars. In his first season as head coach he led Stars to a 2nd-place finish in the PSL and subsequently joined SuperSport United to replace the outgoing Gavin Hunt. South African Premier Division
The South African Premier Division, officially referred to as the DStv Premiership for sponsorship purposes, is the premier men's professional football/soccer league and the highest division in the league system of South Africa, organized since 1996. As the top-level division in South Africa, it is commonly referred to as the Premier Soccer League (PSL) – the administrator of association football in the country. Pitso John Hamilton Mosimane (born 26 July 1964) is a South African professional football manager and a former player. He is the current manager of Saudi Arabian club Al-Ahli Jeddah. He is considered as one of the greatest coaches in Africa and he is the most successful black football coach in the world. He is the former coach of Mamelodi Sundowns, SuperSport United, and Al Ahly. Steven Jerome Pienaar (; born 17 March 1982) is a South African former professional footballer and current assistant coach of the U18 team of the Ajax Youth Academy. Centurion Park is a cricket ground in Centurion, Gauteng, South Africa. It is also known as SuperSport Park since television company Supersport bought shares in the stadium. Gavin Hunt
Gavin Hunt (born 11 July 1964) is a South African former football (soccer) player and coach who currently manages Supersport United. He previously managed South African Premier Division, Premier Soccer League club Kaizer Chiefs. On 28 May 2021 Kaizer Chiefs released him from his contract after a string of poor results with the club. A nuggety right-back, Hunt spent almost his entire playing career with Hellenic FC, Hellenic. He had to retire because of an achilles tendon injury and went straight into coaching. Mamelodi Sundowns Football Club (simply known as Sundowns) is a South African professional football club based in Mamelodi, Pretoria in the Gauteng province that plays in the Premier Soccer League, the first tier of South African football league system.
