Volume 2 (CKY Album)
''Volume 2'' is a compilation album by American rock band CKY. It was released by Distant Recordings and Teil Martin International on February 27, 1999, the same day as the band's debut studio album '' Volume 1''. The album features a number of early demo recordings, as well as skits and samples from the first ''CKY'' video, and recordings of prank calls performed by Brandon DiCamillo. Often considered a soundtrack album for the first ''CKY'' video, ''Volume 2'' was produced early in CKY's career, largely during sessions for ''Volume 1'' and earlier demos. In contrast to other releases by the band, the album features a number of comedic tracks included in the ''CKY'' video, as well as various skits and other rough recordings. Multiple songs have been subsequently released in other forms. Background Recording for ''Volume 2'' took place between 1996 and 1998 in various locations: tracks were recorded by guitarist Chad Ginsburg on a 24-track tape and an ADAT in Newtown, Pennsy ...

Volume 2 (Herb Alpert's Tijuana Brass Album)
''Volume 2'' is the second album by Herb Alpert & the Tijuana Brass, known in this recording as "Herb Alpert's Tijuana Brass". It was released in 1963 on A&M Records, and sold poorly upon initial release. Background After the Tijuana Brass became massively popular with hits from their later albums, ''Volume 2'' was reissued in 1966 and eventually reached  17 on the Billboard album chart. A CD version of the album was issued by A&M Records in 1990 but is now out of print. Some LP copies of the album have a spoken introduction by Herb Alpert at the beginning of "The Great Manolete (La Virgen de la Macarena)". It was made available digitally for download in February 2007 at the same time as the reissues of the 1969 albums ''Warm'' and ''The Brass Are Comin'.'' No CD reissue of ''Volume 2'' was available for years, as Alpert reportedly felt that the album was of inferior technical quality. On September 9, 2016, ''Volume 2'', along with 23 of Herb's other albums, was reissued on ...

Volume II (September Mourning Album)
September Mourning is a metal band, which incorporates a transmedia dark culture project created by Emily Lazar and Marc Silvestri. The conceptual project was formed by frontwoman, vocalist, and screamer Emily Lazar in New York in 2009. The concept narrative created by Lazar and incorporated in the band and their performances, centers around the fictional story of a human-grim reaper hybrid named September, as she navigates the worlds of the living and the dead. The character's human-side possesses the empathy to give some human souls a second chance. The story is presented on different media platforms, including music, comic books, and live concerts. The comic books are published by Top Cow Productions Image Comics. History Marc Silvestri of Top Cow Productions became involved after Lazar pitched the idea of the band to him via Myspace. Together, they developed the world and storyline of September Mourning. Lazar described the project: In early 2009, Lazar began to focu ...

Volume (magazine)
''Volume'' was a magazine in the form of a series of compact disc compilation albums that were published in the UK in the early to mid 1990s. The albums typically contained exclusive tracks and remixes from a diverse range of indie artists. Each album was packaged with a 192-page booklet that contained features on the artists, and original articles. The booklet was the size and shape of a CD jewel case, and was usually packaged with the CD case in a cardboard sleeve. ''Volume One'', the first issue, was published in September 1991. The series came to an end in January 1997, with Volume Seventeen. Concept Rob Deacon and Robin Gibson thought up the concept of a CD and complementary book in the early 1990s, but found that publishers were reluctant to invest in it because the shops were full of discount hit compilations, and pressed them to rethink their idea and lower the quality of the book. Gibson was unwilling to do so, having seen similar projects fail because both the CD and p ...

The first is a Miles Davis studio album released by Blue Note Records as a 10-inch LP, as BLP 5022 in 1953. Davis also states that the song title "C.T.A." was named after Heath's girlfriend Connie Theresa Ann. The 1990 CD (Blue Note CDP 7 81502 ...
