Catherine Bohart
Catherine Bohart (; born Catherine Murphy 13 August 1988) is an Irish stand-up comedian, writer and actor based in the United Kingdom. Early life Bohart grew up in Clonsilla, Fingal, part of the greater Dublin area, the daughter of a Catholic deacon. She has obsessive–compulsive disorder and was hospitalised in St Patrick's University Hospital for four months. She studied law at UCD for one year before dropping out. She then studied French and History at Trinity College. Bohart then went on to the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in London, receiving an MA in Acting for Screen. Before entering stand-up comedy, Bohart had been involved in debate throughout high school, and college even taking on a job in debate education during her early days as a stand up. ''Frankie Boyle's New World Order'' is a British comedy television programme created, written and presented by Frankie Boyle. Premiering in 2017 on BBC Two, it followed his BBC iPlayer-exclusive "Autopsy" shows. After a few minutes of stand-up, he makes two statements and discusses them with his guests. Boyle summarises each debate in a short monologue to camera. The programme finishes with Boyle sitting against the desk delivering a final longer monologue to camera. Throughout its six series, regular guests include Sara Pascoe, Katherine Ryan, Mona Chalabi, Miles Jupp, Sophie Duker and Kiri Pritchard-McLean. Deborah Frances-White is a London-based comedian, author and screenwriter. She has both British and Australian citizenship. She hosts the podcasts ''Global Pillage'' and '' The Guilty Feminist''. She wrote the 2019 comedy film Say My Name. Early life Frances-White was born in Australia and adopted at ten days old. She grew up in Brisbane, Queensland. Her family converted to Jehovah’s Witnesses when she was a teenager; Frances-White has since left the community and describes herself as an atheist. During her gap year, she moved to London and later studied English at Harris Manchester College, Oxford University. ''Mock the Week'' is a British topical satirical celebrity panel show, created by Dan Patterson and Mark Leveson. It was produced by Angst Productions for BBC Two, and was broadcast from 5 June 2005 to 4 November 2022. ''Richard Osman's House of Games'' is a British quiz show produced by Banijay (owners of Endemol Shine UK), a branch of Remarkable Television for the BBC. The show is hosted by Richard Osman. It is played on a weekly basis, with four "celebrities" playing on five consecutive days to win daily prizes, and the weekly prize of being crowned as "House of Games" champion. Points are accrued depending on where each celebrity finishes on each day and the points are doubled on Friday's show. ''Alan Davies: As Yet Untitled '' is a British television programme that was first broadcast on Dave and hosted by comedian Alan Davies. In each episode Davies holds an unscripted roundtable discussion with four guests. The guests include stand-up comedians, comedy writers and other well-known figures in the entertainment industry.
