''Castlevania: Lament of Innocence'' is an Action-adventure game, action-adventure video game developed by Konami Computer Entertainment Tokyo and published by Konami for the PlayStation 2 console. Part of Konami's ''Castlevania'' video game series, it is the first installment of the series on the PlayStation 2 and the third to make use of a 3D computer graphics, 3D style of gameplay.
