Carson Park is a baseball stadium located in Carson Park, a park in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. It was built as a Works Progress Administration project in 1936, and it is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. With The stadium is home to the Eau Claire Express of the Northwoods League, the Eau Claire Cavaliers amateur team, the Eau Claire Bears amateur team, the Eau Claire Pizza Hut American Legion team, the Eau Claire Memorial, North, Regis and Immanuel Lutheran high school baseball teams, and the UW-Eau Claire club baseball team. The left field wall is adjacent to the sideline of the Carson Park football stadium field. Andy Pafko
Andrew Pafko (February 25, 1921 – October 8, 2013) was an American professional baseball player. He played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Chicago Cubs (1943–51), Brooklyn Dodgers (1951–52), and Milwaukee Braves (1953–59). He batted and threw right-handed and played center field. Pafko was born in Boyceville, Wisconsin. In his 17-year MLB career, he was an All-Star for four seasons and was a .285 hitter with 213 home runs and 976 runs batted in (RBI) in 1,852 games.
