Jim Carone
Jim Carone (born April 13, 1981) is an American baseball coach, who is the current head baseball coach of the McDaniel Green Terror. He played college baseball at Monmouth. He has also been the head coach of the Wagner Seahawks (2012–2021). Carone played at Monmouth University, registering among the nation's best in ERA in his junior season. He earned Northeast Conference Pitcher of the Year honors for his efforts that season, setting a program record for wins in a season with 10. Nicolas Carone (June 4, 1917 – July 15, 2010) belonged to the early generation of New York School Abstract Expressionist artists. Their artistic innovation by the 1950s had been recognized internationally, including in London and Paris. New York School Abstract Expressionism, represented by Jackson Pollock, Willem de Kooning, Franz Kline, Conrad Marca-Relli and others, became a leading art movement of the postwar era. Biography Carone was born June 4, 1917 into an Italian-American family in New York City. They moved to Hoboken, New Jersey, where he grew up. He began formal art studies at the age of eleven at the Leonardo da Vinci School located at St. Mark's Church on E. 10th St. He studied at the National Academy of Design under Leon Kroll, Art Students League of New York, Hans Hofmann School of Fine Arts, and the Rome Academy of Fine Arts. Walter Carone
Walter Carone (1920–1982) was an Italian-French photographer. Between 1945 and mid 1960s he produced more than 10,000 quality photographs for various French publishers. He was known for his portraits of celebrities, and the coverage of early Cannes Film Festivals. Carone learned photography from his father, who immigrated from Italy to Cannes, France. In 1945 Carone moved to Paris, where he worked for ''Cinévie'', ''France Dimanche'', ''Point de Vue'', ''Elle'' and finally for ''Paris Match'', which hired him three months before its re-opening in 1949.
