Caro Newling
Caro Newling OBE (born 12 April 1957) is an English theatre producer and currently vice-president of the Society of London Theatre. Newling established the Donmar Warehouse with director Sam Mendes in 1992 and ran the London venue for ten years. Newling and Mendes produced over 70 productions together at the Donmar Warehouse including ''Cabaret'' (1993), ''Company'' (1995), ''The Glass Menagerie'' (1995), '' The Blue Room'' (1998) and ''Electra'' (1999). Newling and Mendes left the Donmar Warehouse in 2002 to found Neal Street Productions with Pippa Harris. In 2012, Newling, Mendes and Harris were joined by former BBC director of UK drama Nicolas Brown. Society Of London Theatre
The Society of London Theatre (SOLT) is an umbrella organisation for West End theatre in London. Founded in 1908, as Society of West End Theatre Managers, then Society of West End Theatre in 1975, changing to its current name in 1994, the (SOLT) is a not-for-profit organisation which provides a collective voice for the theatre owners, producers and managers of all the major commercial and grant-aided theatres across London. Jeremy "Jez" Butterworth (born March 1969) is an English playwright, screenwriter, and film director. He has written screenplays in collaboration with his brothers, John-Henry Butterworth, John-Henry and Tom. Life and career In March 1969, Butterworth was born in London, England. Laura Main (born 8 March 1981) is a Scottish actress known for her role as Sister Bernadette (later Dr. Turner's wife Shelagh Turner) in the BBC One drama series ''Call the Midwife''. Early life and education Laura Main was born in Aberdeen. Her father, Robert, was a fish merchant and her mother, Lorna, was a primary school teacher turned housewife. Terry Hands
Terence David Hands (9 January 1941 – 4 February 2020) was an English theatre director. He founded the Liverpool Everyman Theatre and ran the Royal Shakespeare Company for thirteen years during one of the company's most successful periods; he spent 25 years in all with the RSC. He also saved Clwyd Theatr Cymru from closure and turned it into the most successful theatre in Wales in his seventeen years as Artistic Director. He received several Olivier, Tony and Molière awards and nominations for directing and lighting. Early years Hands was born at Aldershot, Hampshire, England. The Royal Shakespeare Company (RSC) is a major British theatre company, based in Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire, England.
