Carmen Morales
Carmen Morales (10 October 1939 – 13 August 2021) was an Argentine comic actress of film, stage and television. Biography Morales lived in a neighborhood on Calle Pilcomayo de Piñeyro in Avellaneda, in the Don Santin butcher shop. Morales began as a model at a very young age, to soon work on TV in the Pepe Biondi program. She then was hired by the famous businessman, actor and director Gerardo Sofovich, whom she would later marry, to work on Operación Ja-Já. Her relationship with Sofovich allowed her to show off her talents as an actress in dozens of films and television series during the 1980s. She stood out alongside brilliant figures such as Jorge Porcel, Alberto Olmedo, Fidel Pintos, Tristán, Luisa Albinoni, María Rosa Fugazot, Susana Traverso, Rolo Puente, among others. Gerardo Sofovich
Gerardo Andrés Sofovich (March 18, 1937 – March 8, 2015) was an Argentine businessman, dramaturge, television host and presenter, comedian, scriptwriter, and director. He was the producer of '' Polémica en el bar'' and ''La noche del Domingo'', two of the most popular Argentine TV shows of the 1970s and 1980s. Sofovich also hosted ''A la manera de Sofovich'' and ''Sin Límite SMS'', which were broadcast on Canal 9. Jorge Raúl Porcel de Peralta (; 7 September 1936 – 16 May 2006), known as Jorge Porcel, was an Argentine comedy actor and television host. He was nicknamed ''El Gordo de América'' (''America's Fat Guy''). Porcel is considered, along with Alberto Olmedo, one of Argentina's greatest comic actors of the twentieth century. Film career Porcel worked in 49 movies, starting with 1962's ''Disloque en Mar del Plata'', and ending with ''Carlito's Way'' (1993). Many of these 49 movies were collaborations with Olmedo. Alberto Olmedo
Alberto Olmedo (24 August 1933 – 5 March 1988) was an Argentine comedian and actor, popularly regarded as one of the most important comedians in the history of his country, for his outstanding work in television, cinema and theater. Olmedo was born in the city of Rosario. In his teens, he was a gifted gymnast and an aspiring actor who tried his luck with several amateur theater companies and enjoyed some local success. Olmedo moved to Buenos Aires in 1954. One year later, while working as a technician in Canal 7, Argentina's first television station, his improvisation skills caught the attention of the management, who gave him acting jobs in several TV shows. Rolando Pardo Dominguez (13 August 1939 – 5 May 2011), known professionally as Rolo Puente, was an Argentine comedian and actor. He was born in Buenos Aires. In April 2011, Puente was admitted to Guemes Sanatorium in Buenos Aires for treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
