Carmen Moore (born 24 December 1972) is a Canadian actress known for her work in television. Burnaby is a city in the Lower Mainland region of British Columbia, Canada. The Academy of Canadian Cinema & Television presents an annual award for Best Performance by an Actress in a Leading Role to the best performance by a lead actress in a Canadian film.
