Carlos Vargas Ferrer
Carlos J. Vargas Ferrer (June 28, 1971 – November 2, 2015) was a Puerto Rican politician affiliated with the Popular Democratic Party (PPD). He was elected to the Puerto Rico House of Representatives in 2012 to represent District 29. Vargas died on the morning of November 2, 2015, after a car accident. He was 44 years old. Early life and education Carlos Vargas Ferrer was born in Mayagüez, Puerto Rico, but raised in the nearby town of San Sebastián. From an early age, he was raised by his mother, Paulina Ferrer, and his stepfather, Ramón Vargas. Vargas officially adopted him when Carlos was 25 years old. Cidra, Puerto Rico
Cidra () is a town and municipality of Puerto Rico located in the central region of the island, north of Cayey; south of Comerío and Aguas Buenas; east of Aibonito and Barranquitas; and west of Caguas. Cidra is spread over 12 barrios and Cidra Pueblo (the downtown area and the administrative center of the city). It is part of the San Juan-Caguas-Guaynabo Metropolitan Statistical Area. Alejandro García Padilla
Alejandro Javier García Padilla (; born August 3, 1971) is a Puerto Rican politician and attorney who served as the governor of Puerto Rico from 2013 to 2017. Prior to this position, García Padilla held various roles in the political landscape of Puerto Rico; first as Secretary of Consumer Affairs, and then as a member of the 24th Senate of Puerto Rico and as president of the Popular Democratic Party. Aibonito () is a small mountain town and municipality in Puerto Rico located in the Sierra de Cayey mountain range, north of Salinas; south of Barranquitas and Comerío; east of Coamo; and west of Cidra, and Cayey.
