Carlos Ramón Mendoza (born November 4, 1974) is a Venezuelan former professional baseball outfielder. Career Mendoza previously played parts of two seasons in the majors with the New York Mets (1997) and Colorado Rockies (2000), primarily as an outfielder. Listed at 5.11 , 160 lb , Mendoza batted and threw left-handed. He was born in Ciudad Bolívar, Venezuela. In a two-season MLB career, Mendoza hit .182 with one run batted in and no home runs in 28 games played. Carlos Enrique Mendoza (born November 27, 1979) is a Venezuelan professional baseball manager for the New York Mets of Major League Baseball (MLB). He previously served as a bench coach for the New York Yankees. Early life and playing career Mendoza was born, raised and attended college in Venezuela. He signed as a free agent with the San Francisco Giants and also played for the New York Yankees organization as a utility infielder. Mendoza played in Minor League Baseball for 13 seasons. Coaching career Mendoza became a member of the Staten Island Yankees coaching staff in 2009 before joining the Charleston RiverDogs in 2010. During the 2011 campaign, he served as the manager of the Gulf Coast League Yankees. He then returned to the RiverDogs as their manager before the 2012 season. Carlos Antonio Mendoza Soto (31 October 1856, in Panama City – 13 February 1916) was Panamanian politician who served since 1908 as the second presidential designate in the government of José Domingo de Obaldía and since the death of the first presidential designate José Agustín Arango in 1909 he was first in line to the presidency. Carlos Rosales Mendoza
Carlos Alberto Rosales Mendoza (12 February 1963 – 27 December 2015) was a former Mexican drug lord who founded and led an organized crime syndicate called La Familia Michoacana. He was a close friend and associate of Osiel Cárdenas Guillén, the former leader of the Gulf Cartel. He was born in the municipality of La Unión, Guerrero in southern Mexico. When Rosales Mendoza founded the first cells of La Familia Michoacana in the 1980s, the Milenio Cartel was competing with the organization for the control of the production and distribution of narcotics in the state of Michoacán. In 2000, Rosales Mendoza united with the Gulf Cartel and Los Zetas to thwart the Milenio Cartel, causing a wave of violence in western Mexico that lasted until the year 2003.
