Carlos Gurpegi
Carlos Gurpegui Nausia (alternate spelling Gurpegi; born 19 August 1980) is a Spanish Association football, football Manager (association football), manager and former player who played as a central defender or defensive midfielder. He is the manager of CD Basconia. He spent his entire professional career with Athletic Bilbao, which was marred by a two-year ban due to a nandrolone positive test. Over 14 La Liga seasons, he appeared in 393 matches in all competitions and scored 22 goals. Nandrolone, also known as 19-nortestosterone, is an androgen and anabolic steroid (AAS) which is used in the form of esters such as nandrolone decanoate (brand name Deca-Durabolin) and nandrolone phenylpropionate (brand name Durabolin). Nandrolone esters are used in the treatment of anemias, cachexia (muscle wasting syndrome), osteoporosis, breast cancer, and for other indications. They are not used by mouth and instead are given by injection into muscle or fat. Lezama Facilities
The Lezama Facilities ( eu, Lezamako Kirol-instalakuntzak, es, Instalaciones de Lezama), is the training ground and academy of the Primera Division club Athletic Bilbao. Located in the Lezama village around 10 km east of Bilbao, it was opened in 1971. Lezama hosts Athletic's first team for training and the league matches of Athletic EFT (women's team), as well as ten base youth teams: Bilbao Athletic (reserve team, currently playing at the Segunda División B level), women's B team, two junior teams (17 to 19 years old), two cadets (with ages between 15 and 16), two youngster teams (13 and 14) and three children's teams (the youngest, 11 and 12 years of age) which make up the club's football academy.
