Carlos Alberto Zolim Filho, best known as ''Carlitos'' (born in Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul; November 27, 1921 – 2001) was a Brazilian footballer. Achievements With Tesourinha and Adãozinho formed most invaluable three striker attack of the 1940s, a team known as the "Road Roller". He played entire career (1938–1951) at Sport Club Internacional, and scored 485 goals. He is still to this date the top scorer in the club history. He won ten Campeonato Gaúcho The Campeonato Gaúcho Série A1 (Gaúcho Championship A1 Series or Série A1), officially named as Campeonato da Primeira Divisão de Futebol Profissional da FGF - Divisão Especial - Série A1 and commonly known as Campeonato Gaúcho or Gauchã ..., eight consecutive (1940–48, 1950 and 1951). Adão Nunes Dornelles (April 2, 1923 – August 30, 1991), better known as ’’Adãozinho’’, was a Brazilian footballer who played the striker role for the Brazilian team, he started in three matches. He participated at the 1950 FIFA World Cup, without playing a game. Adãozinho was born in Porto Alegre and played for Internacional, until 1950 when a move to Flamengo was agreed. Football is the most popular sport in Brazil and a prominent part of the country’s national identity.
