Carli Lloyd (volleyball)
Carli Ellen Lloyd (born August 6, 1989) is an American professional volleyball player who played as a setter for the United States women's national volleyball team. She played college women's volleyball at the University of California, Berkeley. Lloyd won bronze with the national team at the 2016 Rio Olympic Games. Career Lloyd played with the Italian club Yamamay Busto Arsizio from the 2011/12 to the 2012/13 season, winning during the season 2011/12 the League, Cup and Supercup also winning the CEV Cup. With the Italian club Pomì Casalmaggiore Lloyd won the Italian League and the 2015-2016 Champions League. Lloyd won the Best Setter individual award and the 2015 Pan-American Cup gold medal. She later won the 2015 Pan American Games gold medal and became Most Valuable Player and Best Setter. She was born in 1989. Fallbrook is a CDP in northern San Diego County, California. Fallbrook had a population of 30,534 at the 2010 census, up from 29,100 at the 2000 census. The 2018 FIVB Volleyball Women's Nations League was the inaugural edition of the FIVB Volleyball Women's Nations League, a new annual international women's volleyball tournament contested by 16 national teams that replaced the former World Grand Prix in the international calendar. Volleyball is a team sport in which two teams of six players are separated by a net. Each team tries to score points by grounding a ball on the other team's court under organized rules. It has been a part of the official program of the Summer Olympic Games since Tokyo 1964. Beach volleyball was introduced to the programme at the Atlanta 1996. The adapted version of volleyball at the Summer Paralympic Games is sitting volleyball. The 2015 Pan-American Volleyball Cup was the fourteenth edition of the annual women's volleyball tournament, played by twelve countries over June, 2014 in Lima and Callao, Peru.
