Carla Dik-Faber
Roelofje Klazina (Carla) Dik-Faber (born 6 May 1971 in Voorburg) is a Dutch art historian and politician. As a member of the ChristianUnion (ChristenUnie) she has been a Member of Parliament since 20 September 2012. She was a member of the municipal council of Veenendaal from 2003 to 2010 and a member of the States-Provincial of Utrecht from 2007 to 2012. Carla Dik-Faber studied art history at Utrecht University. The House of Representatives (, pronounced ; commonly referred to as the ', literally "Second Chamber of the States General") is the lower house of the bicameral parliament of the Netherlands, the States General, the other one being the Senate. It has 150 seats, which are filled through elections using party-list proportional representation. Generally, the house is located in the Binnenhof in The Hague, however, it has temporarily moved to the former building of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs at Bezuidenhoutseweg 67 in the Hague while the Binnenhof is being renovated. Voorburg
Voorburg is a town and former municipality in the west part of the province of South Holland, Netherlands. Together with Leidschendam and Stompwijk, it makes up the municipality Leidschendam-Voorburg. It has a population of about 39,000 people. It is considered to be the oldest city in The Netherlands and celebrated its 2000th year of existence in 1988. However in Holland the status of 'city' normally commenced with the bestowing of a 'city charter' by its sovereign leader(s) and none available is that old.
