Carl Henry Fennema (October 17, 1926 – September 2022) was an American football center who played for the New York Giants. He played college football at the University of Washington, having previously attended Woodrow Wilson High School in Long Beach, California Long Beach is a city in Los Angeles County, California. Center or Centre (C) is a position in gridiron football. The center is the innermost lineman of the offensive line on a football team's offense. The center is also the player who passes (or "snaps") the ball between his legs to the quarterback at the start of each play.
