Jules Rimet (; 14 October 1873 – 16 October 1956) was a French football administrator who was the 3rd President of FIFA, serving from 1921 to 1954. He is FIFA's longest-serving president, in office for 33 years. He also served as the president of the French Football Federation from 1919 to 1942. Ivo Wolfgang Eduard Schricker (18 March 1877 – 10 January 1962) was a German footballer and the third General Secretary of the FIFA, serving from 1932 to 1951 upon his resignation. Daniel Burley Woolfall (15 June 1852 – 24 October 1918) was the second president of FIFA. An English Football Association administrator from Blackburn, Woolfall was elected as president on 4 June 1906.
