The Canton of Pavilly is a former cantons of the Seine-Maritime department, canton situated in the Seine-Maritime departments of France, département and in the Haute-Normandie region of northern France. It was disbanded following the French canton reorganisation which came into effect in March 2015. It had a total of 31,229 inhabitants (2012).Populations légales 2012: 76 Seine-Maritime

Pavilly () is a commune in the Seine-Maritime department in the Normandy region in northern France. Geography A town of farming and light industry situated by the banks of the river Austreberthe in the Pays de Caux, some northwest of Rouen at the junction of the D4, D142, D22 and the D67 roads.
