Cameron Arthur Mathison (born August 25, 1969) is a Canadians, Canadian-Americans, American actor and television host. From 1997 to 2011, he played the role of Ryan Lavery on ''All My Children''. Early life and personal life Mathison was born on August 25, 1969, in Sarnia, Ontario, Canada, the second of two sons of parents Bill and Loretta. Mathison attended Thornlea Secondary School in Thornhill, Ontario and McGill University in Montreal, Quebec. He graduated in 1993 with a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. On July 27, 2002, he married model Vanessa Marie Arevalo, having proposed in Vail, Colorado. They have a son, Lucas (b. April 20, 2003), and a daughter, Leila (b. July 7, 2006). Sarnia is a city in Lambton County, Ontario, Canada. It had a 2021 population of 72,047, and is the largest city on Lake Huron. Sarnia is located on the eastern bank of the junction between the Upper and Lower Great Lakes where Lake Huron flows into the St. Clair River in the Southwestern Ontario region, which forms the Canada–United States border, directly across from Port Huron, Michigan.
