Cambridge Winterhawks
The Cambridge Winter Hawks were a Canadian junior ice hockey team based in Cambridge, Ontario, Canada. They played in the Mid-Western division of the Greater Ontario Junior Hockey League. History Created in 1982, the team was made to replace the last Cambridge team that was bought out by the Guelph Platers and moved out of town. Their first season was in the OHA Junior "A" League. The Winter Hawks have been a charter member of the Midwestern "B" since 1983, and are currently the 2006 Sutherland Cup Champions, defeating the Niagara Falls Canucks; they also repeated as 2007 Sutherland Cup champions. The Winter Hawks have applied but were denied to move up to the Junior A Ontario Junior Hockey League for the 2013-14 season. In 2017 the Cambridge Winter Hawks announced they were parting ways with OHA (but not Hockey Canada) and emphasized that they would no longer be of the GOJHL. Stratford Cullitons
The Stratford Warriors are a junior ice hockey team based in Stratford, Ontario, Canada. They play in the Mid-Western division of the Greater Ontario Junior Hockey League. The team was originally named the Warriors but was changed to Cullitons in 1975 in honour of the team sponsor the Culliton brothers. The sponsorship from the Culliton brothers ended in 2016, bringing the name "Warriors" back to the city. Scott Walker (hockey)
Scott Walker (born July 19, 1973) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey player who currently serves as the co-owner and team president of the Guelph Storm in the OHL. He previously held the position of player development consultant for the Vancouver Canucks. During his 17 seasons as a professional hockey player, Walker played in 829 regular season games in the NHL where he scored 397 points and earned 1,135 minutes in penalties before retiring as a player following the 2009–10 NHL season. Marty Turco
Marty Vincent Turco (born August 13, 1975) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey goaltender who played 11 seasons in the National Hockey League (NHL). He played nine seasons with the Dallas Stars and one season each with the Chicago Blackhawks and Boston Bruins. Kirk Maltby
Kirk Frederick Maltby (born December 22, 1972) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey winger who played 16 seasons in the National Hockey League (NHL) for the Edmonton Oilers and Detroit Red Wings, the latter with whom he won the Stanley Cup four times. Bryan Little
Bryan Matthew Little (born November 12, 1987) is a Canadian professional ice hockey player currently under contract for the Arizona Coyotes of the National Hockey League (NHL). Little was selected by the Atlanta Thrashers in the first round, 12th overall, of the 2006 NHL Entry Draft. In November 2019, Little was injured in a game and has not played since. John Cullen
Barry John Cullen (born August 2, 1964) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey centre who played in the National Hockey League (NHL) for the Pittsburgh Penguins, Hartford Whalers, Toronto Maple Leafs and Tampa Bay Lightning. He was a standout player for Boston University and is the school's all-time leading scorer.
