Calvin Powell (born ) is an American college football coach. He is the head football coach for Maine Maritime Academy, a position he has held since 2023. He will be the first head coach for the program as it restarts following the program being shutdown following the 2019 season. He also coached for Greenhill School, Northeastern Oklahoma A&M, Langston, St. Michael's Catholic Academy, Maritime, Temple, Texas Wesleyan, and Lyon. The Lyon Scots football team represents Lyon College in college football at the NCAA Division III level. The Scots are members of the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC) after transitioning from the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) and participating as an independent for a year in 2023.
