Cabinet Of Dragutin Zelenović
After the absolute victory of the Socialists in the Parliamentary Election, Dragutin Zelenović of the Socialist Party of Serbia was elected Prime Minister of Serbia by the Parliament on 15 January 1991. On 11 February, his cabinet was formed and elected by the Serbian National Assembly. Zelenović eventually lost support from the party leadership and resigned, causing the new Government to be formed on 23 December 1991. Dragutin Zelenović
Dragutin Zelenović ( sr, Драгутин Зеленовић; 19 May 1928 – 27 April 2020) was a professor at the University of Novi Sad, Faculty of Technical Sciences, served as rector of the University of Novi Sad (1987–89) and was in 1987 elected a corresponding member of Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts. He served as the prime minister of Serbia in 1991. He also served as a member of the Presidency of Yugoslavia from 1989 to 1991. Miodrag Jokić
Miodrag Jokić (born 25 February 1935) was the last commander of the Yugoslav Navy. The International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia (ICTY) sentenced him to 7 years in prison for murder, cruel treatment, attacks on civilians, devastation, unlawful attacks on civilian objects, destruction or wilful damage done to institutions in Dubrovnik during the 1991 siege. Biography Jokić was born in Serbia and educated in the Yugoslav military-naval academy. In 1991, after serving as an officer for a number of years, he was promoted to Vice Admiral and then to the Commander of the 9th VPS of the Yugoslav navy. After Croatia declared independence from Yugoslavia that year, the Yugoslav Army invaded the Dubrovnik area and started a three-month siege in order to keep that territory under Yugoslav control. Dušan Matković ( sr-cyrl, Душан Матковић; born 1 February 1999) is a Montenegrin water polo player. He competed in the 2020 Summer Olympics. Matković was given the honour to carry the national flag of Montenegro at the closing ceremony of the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo, becoming the 30th water polo player to be a flag bearer at the opening and closing ceremonies of the Olympics. Vladislav Jovanović ( sr, Владислав Јовановић; born 9 June 1933) is a Serbian diplomat who was Minister of Foreign Affairs of Yugoslavia. Education Jovanović was born in Žitni Potok, present-day Serbia in 1933 to Milorad Jovanović and Dragica Jovanović, née Petković, both of whom were teachers. He completed his high school studies in Belgrade in 1951. After that, he graduated from University of Belgrade Faculty of Law.
