Collado Villalba () is a municipality of the Community of Madrid, in central Spain. It is located 40.3 kilometres north-west of the city of Madrid, at an altitude of 917 meters above sea level. The 2015–16 Tercera División was the fourth tier in Spanish football. It started in August 2015 and ended in late June 2016 with the promotion play-off finals. Competition format *The top four eligible teams in each group will play the promotion playoffs. *The champion of each group will qualify to 2016–17 Copa del Rey.
