CS Șoimii Lipova
Clubul Sportiv Șoimii Lipova, commonly known as CS Șoimii Lipova, or simply Șoimii Lipova, is a Romanian professional football club based in Lipova, Arad County. The team was founded in 1974 and played in the Divizia C for 14 years, between 1980 and 1994. The most important result was a 1st place in the 11th series, achieved at the end of the 1991–92 season. After 1994 Șoimii played only in the fourth tier of the Romanian football league system and even withdrew from any competition in the spring of 2010. After two years of inactivity Șoimii enrolled in the sixth tier and started its ascension, promoting back to Liga III at the end of the 2016–17 season. Stadionul Șoimii (Lipova)
Stadionul Șoimii is a multi-use stadium in Pâncota, Romania. It is used mostly for football (soccer), football matches and is the home ground of Podgoria Pâncota. Liga IV is the fourth level of the Romanian football league system. Its name was changed from Divizia D into Liga IV before the start of play for the 2006–07 season. Current format Liga IV has 42 divisions. The divisions are regionalised and are organised by every county association. Each team plays in their own county. The county associations decide how many teams play in the league and how many matches each side plays. In Romania the most frequently used system is one division with matches played home and away. 2019–20 Liga III
The 2019–20 Liga III was the 64th season of Liga III, the third tier of the Romanian football league system. The season was initially scheduled to begin on 24 August 2019 and to end on 30 May 2020. The season was interrupted on 9 March 2020, after 16 rounds, due to the COVID-19 pandemic. After two months of inactivity, on 11 May 2020, the Romanian Football Federation announced that the season was discontinued and the best ranked teams from each series (after 16 rounds) were promoted to Liga II, only if the distance between the leader and the runner-up was bigger than 3 points. Otherwise promotion play-offs will be played between the best two teams of the series. Pâncota
Pâncota ( Hungarian: ''Pankota'') is a town in Arad County, Crișana, Romania. The town is situated at a 37 km distance from the county capital ( Arad), in the central zone of the county, at the contact zone of the Arad Plateau and Zărand Mountains. The administrative territory of the town is 70.9 square km. The town administers one village, Măderat (''Magyarád''). The first mention in documents of the locality dates back to 1202-1203 when it was known as villa Pankota. History The centre of the town was ravaged by invaders for several times.
