Arena Cugir
Arena Cugir is a multi-purpose stadium in Cugir, Romania. It is currently used mostly for football matches, is the home ground of CSO Cugir and has a capacity of 4,000 people (1,200 on seats). The stadium was opened in the 1930s and was known as ''Stadionul Metalurgistul'', then as ''Arena CSO'' until the last renovation works, when the stadium was seriously modernized and renamed as Arena Cugir. Liga IV
Liga IV is the fourth level of the Romanian football league system. Its name was changed from Divizia D into Liga IV before the start of play for the 2006–07 season. Current format Liga IV has 42 divisions. The divisions are regionalised and are organised by every county association. Each team plays in their own county. The county associations decide how many teams play in the league and how many matches each side plays. In Romania the most frequently used system is one division with matches played home and away. A number of associations prefer 2 or even 4 parallel divisions with the teams finishing first meeting in a play-off to decide the champion. 2019–20 Liga III
The 2019–20 Liga III was the 64th season of Liga III, the third tier of the Romanian football league system. The season was initially scheduled to begin on 24 August 2019 and to end on 30 May 2020. The season was interrupted on 9 March 2020, after 16 rounds, due to the COVID-19 pandemic. After two months of inactivity, on 11 May 2020, the Romanian Football Federation announced that the season was discontinued and the best ranked teams from each series (after 16 rounds) were promoted to Liga II, only if the distance between the leader and the runner-up was bigger than 3 points. Otherwise promotion play-offs will be played between the best two teams of the series. 2022–23 Liga III
The 2022–23 Liga III will be the 67th season of Liga III, the third tier of the Romanian football league system. The season will begin in August 2022 and is scheduled to end in June 2023. This season is the third consecutive with a format that will include 100 teams (10x10). The format was changed two seasons ago, due to the financial problems generated by the COVID-19 pandemic. Vítor Tiago de Freitas Fernandes (born 11 February 1986), commonly known as Vitinha, is a Portuguese footballer who plays as a left back for Romanian club Metalurgistul Cugir. He spent his entire professional career in Romania and Bulgaria, mainly at the service of Ludogorets in the latter case. Club career Born in São Torcato, Guimarães, Vitinha only played lower league football in his homeland. Club Sportiv Lotus Băile Felix, commonly known as Lotus Băile Felix, or simply as Lotus, is a Romanian football club based in Băile Felix, Sânmartin, Bihor County, currently playing in the Liga III. Lotus Băile Felix was founded on 16 June 2009 under the name of ''CSC Sânmartin'' and played for most of its existence at the amateur level, in the Liga IV.
